Shipping & Returns

When placing an order with The Sage Edit the customer accepts the below policy. Please ensure you have read our return/exchange policy prior to purchase. Please email hello.thesageedit@gmail.com if you have any questions regarding a return.

Exchange:

Orders (excluding sale items & dummies) may be returned for exchange for store credit within 14 days of delivery. 

Refunds will not be issued unless an item has been deemed faulty.

All items must be returned in unused, unworn & unwashed condition with all tags still attached for a store credit to be issued. The item will be inspected and if it is deemed suitable for exchange you will be notified by email.

Please note: Return postage is not covered by The Sage Edit & is at the customers expense. We recommend using a postage option that allows you to track the order as The Sage Edit takes no responsibility for lost packages.

Faulty Goods:

If you believe an item to be faulty please contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Images must be provided and if the item is deemed faulty a replacement will be provided. If we are unable to replace the item then a refund or store credit will be issued.

The faulty item must be returned to The Sage Edit for inspection (please note return shipping is at customers cost) as all items are quality checked prior to dispatch.

Change of Mind:

We do not issue refunds, store credits or exchange for items for change of mind. Please consider this when choosing items.

Sale Items & Dummies:

Purchase of sale items & Frigg dummies are final. We are unable to accept return of these items and no refunds/exchange/store credit will be given.
